TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All enquiries for prices and availability of entertainment does not guarantee that the date in question will be held for any period of time. 2. All bookings are subject to a verbal agreement date, with a temporary booking reference. 3. All bookings are confirmed with the completion of a Paul James Entertainments booking form and receipt of Deposit (£100) 4. Booking forms and deposit must be returned within 10 days of the verbal agreement date, (on the booking form) you have the right to cancel with in these 10 days (All efforts will be made to ensure booking forms are sent within 48hrs of the verbal agreement date) If the booking form has not been received within 5 days of the agreement date please inform Paul James Entertainments 01865 389262. Booking forms can be sent via email in PDF format if required 5. Cancellations after receipt of booking form and deposit is paid, non-refundable 6. Cancellation with in 30 days of the booked date, 100% of total cost is due. 7. All bookings are invoiced on the date of the verbal agreement, the deposit is due within 10 days of the date of the verbal agreement, Invoice must be paid in full by date of invoice. 8. Payment must be made in full by cheque 14 days prior to the booked date. 9. Payment by cash on the night is accepted and must be paid before the function starts. 10. Payment by Paypal is accepted but will incur a 3% charge. 11. The Client shall provide supervision of persons attending the function and shall evict any persons causing a nuisance to the Artiste(s) or persons attending. The Client will pay for any loss or damage caused to the Artiste(s) equipment by persons attending the function in full. |

Technical Information
Paul will travel the UK and Europe, using up to date sound and lighting equipment The PA (up to 4K) Yamaha EMX5016-CF powered mixing desk and Crown Xti4000 and 1000 Series amps, Backup Studiomaster powered mixing desk, 4x EV ZX-5s, 2x SX-300s, 2x Peavey ULL 15 Bass Speakers, Shure SM Beta 58 and classic style Shure SH55 microphone (pictured top left hand corner), lighting includes Martin, Abstract and NJD. The disco is run from computer with a professional DJ mixing program (PCDJ-FX) and backed up with a second computer and hard drive, all consisting of over 20,000 songs. |
